All of my products are lovingly designed from my home in Cornwall. My cards are made by a trusted printer in England and are quality checked by me once I receive them and before dispatch. My Fine Art Prints are printed from home using a high quality professional inket printer and using fine art archival papers which can sometimes vary in texture due to their nature.

Great care is taken to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with, however, please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screens. 



All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order.

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address. 

If you are local to Launceston, Cornwall please get in touch as I am happy to arrange delivery/pick up to avoid postage costs!



I hope you are completely happy with your Leah and Libby purchase but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact me on leahblacher@outllok.com and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.

Commissions are non-refundable due to the personal nature of the product and the time taken for me to produce it.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition in secure packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach me in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If required, please contact me for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.

When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a recorded service as I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach me. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.



If an item is created to bespoke criteria, that is to say if it has been made to specific design/size/colour then it is not eligible for a refund. Please do bear this in mind when ordering.

No part of this website or it's contents may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, without the prior permission of Leah and Libby.
